When I walked into City Mattress, I was immediately drawn to the Aireloom mattress and just about fell in love. My sales person was Kim. She listened to what I needed and showed me a variety of beds, but I kept going back to the Aireloom. Well, I’ve been sleeping on my new Aireloom mattress for 1 week and it feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. It’s a firm but plush mattress, the best mattress I’ve ever had. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff, great selection, clean store and very fair pricing! I had the pleasure of working with Sean, he explained the differences of the mattresses and how certain types of support work for different needs. I was never rushed and had all of my questions answered. And yes, I did purchase a Prana mattress set and have absolutely no regrets! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a mattress set!

We could not be happier with City Mattress and its sales representative, Bryan Hooten. When another furniture store left us in the lurch, Bryan and City Mattress came to the rescue, Bryan understood our predicament, leaped into action, coordinated with the warehouse and delivery people, getting a mattress delivered literally three hours after I ordered it at a lower price that I would have paid at the other company's store. I just bought my first mattress by myself and Matt was ready to help me. He was great! He let me just sit around on the mattresses before I made my decision. He worked with me for pricing, delivery/holding/pick up options and was very patient. He noticed that only 1 mattress was left so he made sure to hurry and take down my information so I would not miss out on the mattress I wanted! If I ever need to buy a mattress again this branch, and Matt is who I will come to :)

Shelly was excellent. The mattress that I wanted was not in the warehouse and would take longer to ship. Shelly called me and said there was a Serta mattress available with a great sale price since it was going to be discontinued. The mattress was delivered the next day. I love the mattress since I have arthritis in my spine. Sleep much better! Thank you Shelly for your superb customer service!

Tired of looking for a day bed when we walked into city mattress. We needed one delivered in a hurry since we had just moved and had guests coming. Lucky for us we met Ali in the store and she gave us great advice and practical options. Delivery was on time the next day, setup quickly accomplished, problem solved. All in all a great experience!
