• Care: Machine washable— unzip the outer pillow and remove the inner pillow. Zip the outer pillow back up and place both in the washing machine. Wash with cool water and a mild detergent on the gentle cycle. Run the rinse cycle twice and tumble dry on low with dryer balls (or clean tennis balls)
